  Procurement Strategy and Scope development

Transaction advisory services and development of Governance Plans, Procurement Plans, Delivery programmes, Risk identification and mitigation and Board Approval documentation for client internal use. Tender documentation and technical scope development including specification writing, contract preparation and programme guidance for external market use. We also offer our clients full tender management services including tender preparation, tender assessment & recommendations, tender workshops, innovation reviews and commercial negotiations through to award.

  Tender Submission Strategies and Submission Preparation

Assistance with preparation of tender submissions including tender strategy, bid management, management strategy, construction methodology, workshop facilitation & participation, preparation and review of submission documentation to ensure that tenders are delivered in the appropriate timeframes.

  Design Management on behalf of the client

Management of the designer and design interface to ensure that the design deliverables are achieved on time and in budget and that the overall project outcomes are delivered. Management of client design review teams and provision of technical design review services.

  Design Management on behalf of the contractor

Management of the D&C phase designer and construction team interface to ensure that the design deliverables are achieved on time, within budget and that the overall project outcomes are delivered.

  Value Management of Design

Review of design deliverables including construction methodology, alternative design solutions, innovations to ensure compliance with desired outcomes and specifications to achieve best for client project value in terms of capital expenditure and whole of life costs.

  Methodology, Constructability and Risk Reviews

Reviews and reports of project methodology, constructability of infrastructure and review of overall project risks and mitigation, to ensure the best for project outcomes in a safe and risk managed environment.

  Construction Execution Plan development and review

Development of the construction plan and program in terms how the project should be managed, the delivery programme.

Conversion of the tender and design into a real delivery plan for implementation including identification of critical path items, early procurement items, outstanding risks/opportunities and mitigation measures.

  Construction Management

On-site client verification roles ensuring construction quality in maintained and reporting and managing construction non-conformance and defect resolution, progress claim assessment, contract administration, variation assessment and schedule reporting.

Contractor on-site management of the project utilising the clients resources and sub-contractors to ensure on time and on budget delivery, including client and community interfaces and third party liaison.

  Commissioning

Assist with development of commissioning plan, implementation of plan and tracking of results to ensure that the infrastructure meets the client functionality and operational need, managing defect resolution and ensuring handover is completed successfully.

Management of as-built and handover data and documentation to ensure compliance with contract and asset management requirements.
