Our Work

CPM provides high-quality strategic project and design management services to our clients for infrastructure related projects. The services extend across the entire project development life cycle spanning from business cases and feasibility studies, through to procurement strategy, scope development and planning phases, construction execution and commissioning.

One of our recent clients and projects was the Moreton Bay Regional Council (MBRC), where CPM acted in a number of different capacities on the Moreton Bay Rail Link. We continue to provide MBRC with project advice and management for ‘The Mill’ Redevelopment. The Mill is a multifaceted infrastructure project to deliver the Moreton Bay Council area an outstanding educational facility and related development opportunities.

We have also worked with the Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd for the Port Drive Upgrade Project (PDUP). The PDUP will deliver the Port of Brisbane a 5km upgrade to the only entry into the port precinct including two grade separated interchanges. CPM was involved from the concept planning stages delivering and assisting in the strategic project management, procurement documentation and execution, design management and D&C construction phase management under a DD&C delivery model.

CPM provided their services to ARTC for the Inland Rail project. We have a term contract to provide design and project management resources for the design and construction phases of this Nation Building Project to deliver a fast and efficient rail link from Melbourne to Brisbane.
